Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Patriot Gallery website (thepatriotgallery.com) and purchasing products from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products and Pricing

All products are limited edition fine art prints produced by independent artists. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. All prices include applicable taxes where required.

Limited Editions

Each artwork is produced in a strictly limited edition of 250 prints. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently closed with no reprints. Edition numbers are assigned sequentially at the time of order processing. We cannot guarantee specific edition numbers.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Digital Certificate of Authenticity

Each print includes a Digital Certificate of Authenticity delivered via email within 24 hours of dispatch. The certificate is for personal record-keeping and verification purposes. It does not constitute a financial instrument or guarantee of value.

Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, text, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of The Patriot Gallery and its artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. Purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical print only, not the underlying artwork or reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Patriot Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
